Michael.d.pope on Steam Blow Targeting

I am currently in a third party situation trying to evaluate a steam blow procedure and we are stuck in the effort of finding documented procedures and/or process for steam blows. We have hired a company to develop the ' Continous Steam Blow' procedure, but can not find anything to compare it against. When do you typically target during a continious steam blow, at steady state or during the thermal cycles. If anyone can help with links to helpful websites or published documentation I would appreciate it. Or just have "expert" knowledge.

Thanks, mp
